Spring Mountain Treatment Center:
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs. Services include initial assessment, diagnosis and rapid stabilization of acute psychiatric and co-occurring disorders followed by a transition to follow-up care and support programs. Though it’s primarily an inpatient facility, our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is also housed at this location.
Spring Mountain Sahara:
Spring Mountain Sahara is a 30 bed mental health facility primarily for adults age 55 and over. Sahara offers a continuum of acute, inpatient psychiatric care staffed by a multidisciplinary team specialized in the care of seniors. We treat patients who are struggling with or experiencing emotional, behavioral issues such as depression, abrupt behavior changes or thought disturbances that are significantly interfering with their daily life. Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program is also run out of our Sahara location.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting.
•Minimum education requirement of a bachelor’s degree. Master's degree preferred
•Must possess a working knowledge of hospital financial operations, federal and local tax regulations; knowledge of all business office, accounting, payroll and other administrative office operations including all processes from registration through discharge.
Must be skilled at interpreting financial analysis and performance information; preparing schedules and reports, using source data and compiling reports from others’ schedules; using electronic spreadsheets and ability to manipulate data within proprietary and acquired databases.
