The Chief Financial Officer Executive Assistant will work to support our CFO of Converse and Sr. Director Global Business Planning in an administrative capacity, as well as assist with Finance specific team work. This person, with talents such as problem solving, organization, communication, time management, confidentiality and more, will help fuel the success of the Finance organization. This role is a great opportunity to assist the Finance leaders while also gaining wider knowledge of Converse as a whole.

As the Chief Financial Officer Executive Assistant, you will be based in our Boston Converse Headquarters, and your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Administrative Duties

  • Coordinate and pro-actively manage complex business calendars
  • Assure that all logistics associated with travel, offsite meetings or other events are in place well before each event
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports on behalf of the CFO and Sr. Director Global Business Planning
  • Draft and type reports and miscellaneous correspondence
  • Arrange and coordinate team meetings, venues, vendor management, room setup, prepare materials and arrange necessary audio/visual equipment
  • Assist with meeting material preparation
  • When requested, attend meetings, take notes, track, and share decisions and actions that emerge
  • Assist with meeting material preparation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all information received, or within the scope of the position
  • Organize events and contribute to team building and bonding
  • Maintain team organizational charts and team email distribution lists
  • Be point of contact for all day to day office matters concerning the CFO and Sr. Director GBP
  • Assist with other one-off requests such as IT assistance, etc.
  • Assist CFO and Sr. Director GBP in all onboarding and offboarding for direct reports.
  • Order/maintain office supplies and equipment needs
  • Ensure that the executive office business activities continue when management is out of the office
  • Provide coverage for the Finance and Strategy Administrative assistant, as needed.


  • Associates degree required
  • 1-3 years administrative experience in supporting executive(s) in a professional business environment
  • Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Ability to take initiative, see the big picture and follow-through on requests until completion
  • Proficient in Outlook and calendar management with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and some knowledge of Keynotes would be helpful
  • Knowledge of Concur would be helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
  • Strong work ethic, able to manage multiple tasks with the ability of being flexible
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
