Responsible for overseeing and directing the coordination and implementation of financial management systems that ensure efficiencies and compliance on an organization-wide basis including planning, organizing, guiding and monitoring the overall financial and accounting functions of the organization. Bachelor?s degree in accounting, business administration or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred. Minimum of (10) years of progressive financial accounting experience, including five (5) years of supervisory experience. Financial accounting experience in a non-profit organization or governmental entity is desirable including familiarity with government accounting standards and regulations. Must be fingerprinted and have such records files with the State Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing. Possession of a valid California Driver?s License and State automobile insurance and acceptable driving record. $125,000 - $150,000 DOQ + benefit package.
