Global bank is looking to invest significant capital to enhance the Broker/Dealer value proposition across multiple lines of business and geographies. Chairman of the Board is very strategic and empowering. Broker/Dealer is looking to grow profit by 10X ? how would you do this?
OPPORTUNITY: This is a boutique, entrepreneurial environment looking to scale. Lead a business that serves over 2000 customers across multiple lines of business. Be responsible for the overall strategic and operational performance and the achievements of the growth and profitability agenda.
Strategic leadership over Financial Management ? Business Planning, Strategic Thinking, Leadership and Direction ? Executive Leadership and People Management ? Business Development and Customer Agenda/Value Propositions ?Audit, Risk Management & Compliance ? Corporate and Social Responsibility.
? Develops and ensures the implementation and achievement of the future strategic direction, and ensures delivery of strategic and operational key performance results, and outcomes, across the organization.
? Accountable for developing new business opportunities and sustaining valuable relationships with stakeholders to ensure continuous expansion and business growth.
? Draft and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that broker-dealer compliance programs meet applicable laws and regulations and ensure that advisors? operations are conducted in compliance with applicable policies and procedures
? Oversee compliance risk assessments and manage the department?s testing and monitoring program in accordance with regulatory expectations and best practices
REQUIREMENTS: Must be in a leadership role within a Broker/Dealer organization. Demonstrated results in strategic thinking and transformation.
REWARD: $250,000+ in base salary, plus bonus
