The Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board and will be responsible for leading all business activities for this high-growth agribusiness supplement company. The CEO will lead the long-term strategic vision, oversee the development of the Company?s business strategy, develop and lead the team, set the culture and oversee the operational execution in order to accelerate its annual revenue growth rate of its value added products.
The CEO will have experience in successfully scaling high growth companies and will have displayed the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. The CEO will have a career groomed for general management through tenure in operations, finance or revenue-generating roles, and will have had experience overseeing the application of innovative products and promoting new, disruptive product lines. The CEO will have the polish and executive presence of an externally-facing figure to business partners, the board, and investors.
The CEO candidate will have been the CEO, President, or COO of a successful, rapidly-scaling company with deep experience in commercializing new product concepts, preferably in the Agribusiness sector but other business backgrounds considered.
This executive will have:

Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a collaborative, teamwork-oriented nature. Will have demonstrated the ability to listen and work effectively across all levels of an organization, from interacting effectively with boards to partnering with the incumbent President to inspiring existing and new customer relationships.
? The position is supported by a team of 3 direct reports and a total staff of 20+. The expectation is that the total staff will increase as the business scales its productportfolio and manufacturing locations.
? Extensive domestic travelrequired.
Location in Upper Midwest. Base $200-250K, Bonus, Equity.
