Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Remote
Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven CEO to lead our small but growing digital marketing company Lizard, . As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and scaling the business while maintaining a strong company culture. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, leadership in a small business environment, and the ability to manage a fully remote team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Develop and execute the company's vision, long-term strategy, and revenue growth plans.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings to expand market reach.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Financial & Operational Management
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage risk, compliance, and operational policies to maintain stability.
Marketing & Sales Oversight
• Align marketing strategies with company objectives to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to improve conversion rates and client retention.
• Evaluate and refine digital marketing campaigns and service offerings.
People & Culture
• Build and lead a high-performing, remote-first team with a strong, collaborative culture.
• Attract, retain, and mentor top talent in digital marketing, sales, and operations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the public face of the company, fostering relationships with key clients, partners, and investors.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through high-quality service.
• Communicate company performance and strategic direction to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in a digital marketing or related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, trends, and client acquisition models.
• Experience leading and scaling a small business with a remote team.
• Financial acumen with the ability to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience and company size. Benefits, and Retirement options as well as
Bonus Structure factors for an up to 25k annual bonus.
1. Revenue Growth Bonus: Percentage-based bonus for hitting quarterly/annual revenue milestones.
2. Profitability Bonus: Bonus tied to Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization growth or exceeding net profit targets.
3. Client Retention & Satisfaction Bonus: Incentive for maintaining high client retention rates and satisfaction scores.
4. Performance-Based Bonus: Based on achieving specific operational and strategic KPIs (e.g., team expansion, automation success, service innovation).
