The North American Chief Client Officer will strategically drive NA business growth across top clients & prospects- from strategy to activation. Nobody knows consumers better than Kantar and you will be promoting our Client-Centric & Kantar Division-Agnostic mindset providing insight and inspiration, helping our clients flourish in an extraordinary world. This transformative role will be market-focused, client-facing, commercially oriented, and a magnet for our internal and external stakeholders.

KEY OUTCOMES

This leader is accountable for developing, prioritizing, and delivering Kantar-wide client growth plans as well as go-to market strategies. The Chief Client Officer- NA will lead a cross-portfolio client leadership team, bringing the best of Kantar to our clients. This role will be the "Voice of the Client" as they lead Kantar's presence amongst our industry and within our top client connections. This strategic hire will require a strong and proven track record of client-centric business growth within our ever-changing industry while establishing Kantar-wide strategic account plans for top growth targets and sectors.

The role of this leader is to activate and fulfil on a Kantar-wide business plan that will leverage all Kantar operating brands assets to:

- Broaden and deepen our relationships North American clients, increasing our footprint and their satisfaction and advocacy for Kantar.

- Lead the Client Leadership discipline for Kantar NA in a way that demonstrates innovation and discipline leadership across the industry.

CAPABILITIES & ROLE PROFILE

To be successful in this role, you will have an extensive background leading commercially oriented, client-centric growth initiatives at an executive level. You will be working collaboratively with a broad leadership team, will sit on the Kantar NA Board as well as report directly to the NA CEO of Kantar.

You'll have a proven track record of positively impacting our clients' needs as well as demonstrating the ability to enhance Kantar's portfolio of clients. Developing strong relationships that drive internal & external customer satisfaction comes naturally to you and you must possess an inquisitive and creative through process. Being ahead of the curve and showing a transformative attitude will allow you to thrive in this role.

We are looking for-

  • An experienced, client-centric, commercially-oriented, industry leader, with the ability to articulate a strategic vision to clients
  • Strong background in professional services, client side or research/ad agency with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
  • Be aware of and educate on "Market Trends", able to communicate the Kantar vision while cultivating a customer-focused philosophy.
  • A client relationship advisor with a proven track record and who will be a trusted advisor to top clients.
  • A collaborative partner with outstanding people skills and the ability to paint a vision, attract top talent and motivate people to work together toward shared goals.
  • A professional who holds a strong business acumen with the ability to understand and work across multiple business models, thrive in a complex, matrixed organization, weave together marketing stories and partner with other leaders to drive growth.
