Seeking Chief Claims Officer for Retail business unit to manage claims governance and escalation protocols with carriers and set strategies for resolution of complex claims.




*** Assist in strategy creation, negotiation, and resolution of impactful claims.


*** Maintain carrier relationships at the highest level to coordinate resolution of claims with key clients and brokers.


*** Ensure compliance with governance and escalation protocols.


*** Coordinate meetings and discussions with relevant carrier partners to discuss escalated claims and related trends.


*** Interface with Executive Management Team to provide insight and enforcement of policies that give a competitive edge.


Assume responsibility over the entire operations of a well recognized player in the insurance industry. Incredible employment packages include, but are not limited to: multiple tracks of upward mobility within the company, generous vacation and paid time off, 401(k), and a starting salary plus bonus structure for a total compensation up to $250,000 annually.
