This is an exciting opportunity with one of the largest petrochemical and performance products plant in the US. This role will be responsible for the largest unit in the plant so distillation control issues, process chemistry, strong problem solving and analytical skills will be key to success in this role.
*BS Chemical Engineering
*8+ Years of Refinery or Chemical Plant Electrical Engineering Work
*Distillation, Scale-up, Troubleshooting
*Knowledge of ASPEN Modeling, Heat Exchanger Design, FEED
*TWIC Card Eligible
Responsibilities for this position include:
-Identification of process improvement projects to improve the profitability of operating units.
-Project scope development
-Capital improvement projects that will increase yield
-Support development of operating procedures and standard operating conditions
-Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance groups
