*** Set work and on callschedules to make sure maintenance coverage meets plant operational needs.
*** Manage contractors through on site job management and quality control oversight.
*** Maintain and improve Mechanical Integrity Procedures to ensure ongoing integrity of plant equipment.
*** Ensure critical spares and parts inventory are maintained at required level.
*** Develop metrics for performance, Preventative Maintenance, and Work Order completion. Utilize metrics for performance evaluation and as means of communication with plant management.
*** Continually improve operations in collaboration with maintenance technicians, peers, and management.
*** Improve asset management system to its fullest capabilities including Preventive Maintenance, Planning, Safety Plans, spare parts inventory, and reporting capabilities for failure analysis.
***Investigate, recommend, and implement alternative policies and procedures to improve branch performance.
