This is a remote position with some travel so candidates ideally should be located fairly close to a metropolitan area and within a reasonable commute to an airport.

Role and Candidate:

As result of our continued success and growth, we are looking for a talented sales professional to join the US team to sell our voice and data recording software solutions. You will be responsible for delivering new sales via our reseller, channel and partner network as well as directly influencing end users about our capabilities and steering them toward the appropriate reseller to win the business.

You'll be someone who's clearly able to manage the sales process, identifying, prospecting and closing the business as well as achieving month on month targets while building a robust pipeline.

Major Responsibilities

Identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities

Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned partners

Develop new sales opportunities for existing partners

Manage the entire sales cycle with a continued pipeline of business

Assist with the preparation of RFIs and tender responses and ensure these are fully adhered to

Work with the Sales Manager to devise and implement business plans that maximize revenue

Prepare presentations, proposals, plans, reports and analysis as required

Provide point of sale support such as demonstrations, workshop seminars and attendance at marketing events including exhibitions and trade shows

Actively seek new Reseller network opportunities

Requirements and Skills:

5-10 years of progressive channel management experience within the enterprise IT / Technology / Software / Telecom / Voice Recording / Unified Communications industry

Proven experience in identifying, prospecting and closing business consistently meeting target with a solid pipeline

Able to demonstrate a successful sales approach which aligns to the strategic plan

Experience of working on national, multi-site partnerships

Good presentation skills with MS PowerPoint and Web-based presentations

Able to represent the organization culturally and embrace the strategic sales plan

Strategic relationship management and strong closing skills

Strong telephone, email, and computer skills required

Good interpersonal and communication skills required

Strong personal accountability and time management skills required; must be an independent worker capable of meeting assigned tasks on a deadline
