What you will do in this role: As a company who drives our business through the channel, our partners are one of the most focused partner relationships. The Channel Sales Manager will be instrumental in building and establishing Spectralink as the mobile solutions platform of choice with our partners.

The potential for growth is commensurate with the extent you can apply a sound go-to-market strategy ensuring that the key resellers embrace the Spectralink solution and adopt Spectralink's mobile solutions as an integral component of a complete WiFi communication solution.

You will be responsible for growing and managing SpectraLink's Channel Partnerships within defined geographies by developing and executing business plans, growing relationships with partners, developing and executing revenue driven sales strategies and ensuring that required sales and technical certification levels of partners are met and maintained. Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring customers get the appropriate level of service by partners, managing problem resolution cycle, and that new products, promotions etc. are smoothly implemented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the key driver owning the target territory for growing sales through our partners:

  • Growing and expanding our Reach within focused partner's sales teams.
  • Architecting a strategic go-to-market strategy consistent with existing Engage Partner Program.
  • Developing and executing revenue driven sales strategy and ensure that the benefits of the complete range of Spectralink-driven solutions are understood and communicated at all levels within the Partner account.
  • Serve as a dedicated resource for other alliance partners sales organizations ensuring that required sales and technical certification levels within Partners are consistently met and maintained.
  • Identifying and onboarding new Spectralink partners. Targeting and developing new partner accounts by understanding their markets, business, go-to-market plans, issues, drivers, competitors, internal structure, key contacts, influencers and decision makers.

Skills and Experience we'd like you to have:

  • 5+ years experience with channel relationship management.
  • Experience working with Cisco and Point of Sale reseller partners is a plus.
  • Understanding of distribution business flow.
  • Understanding of channel partner business model and how to best navigate for growth.
  • Proficiency in communicating via audio, visual, and web communications.
  • Microsoft Office experience required, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
