Summary Description of Position:  The Channel Partners Account Executive is responsible for the development, execution and ongoing management of programs and activities with leading training providers that generate demand of (ISC)² training, education and certification products through our partnerships. This person will report to the Managing Director of North America (defined as our partners within U.S. and Canada).  The position will work closely with an existing team of business development, marketing, programs and events staff members. The position reports to the Alexandria, VA office, but could work remotely.  
Duties and Responsibilities:   
• Direct the overall channel strategy and direction for (ISC)² partners• Establish metrics to measure success for our channel partners• Set pipeline generation and revenue targets by channel partner and develop promotions and campaigns to drive channel growth • Work with and direct our channel partners with quarterly objectives• Enable channel partners through training on the business value and ROI of (ISC)² products• Works closely with the (ISC)² marketing team to develop, implement, and manage marketing and call campaign programs to increase business development through channel partners• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with current partners and manage tasks to successful completion• Prepare and give presentations to key, influential decision makers within current and potential channel partners• Recruit and enable focused channel partners• Prepare and deliver reports to management on quarterly basis  • Demonstrate a commitment to raising channel awareness and understanding of our entire portfolio of (ISC)2 products and services.• Fiscal responsibility with regards to expense management• Serve as manager of the Partnership Relations Executive in maintaining all relationships with corporations, education, and associations.  • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows/trades in recruiting and retaining channel partners.• Works with internal team members to make sure communications are effective and efficient between (ISC)² and our channel partners.• In-depth knowledge of (ISC)² certification and training programs and other supporting products and services• Miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
• University degree preferred; will consider relevant work experience in lieu of a degree  • 7- 10 years of demonstrated, successful channel management experience• Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Salesforce experience preferred.• Knowledge of the cybersecurity certification market preferred

Physical & Mental: 
• Work extended hours when necessary• 25% travel required• Work in an office environment using dual monitor computer screens• Sitting for extended periods
