Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify new Franchise partners through deep discovery
  • Sign partners and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans
  • Drive revenue by generating referrals from franchisees and franchisors
  • Build relationships with various stakeholders in partner organizations
  • Educate partners about Ramp's offerings and value propositions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and product to enhance onboarding and co-marketing efforts
  • Become a subject matter expert on Ramp's products and workflows

About the Role

Ramp's Franchise Channel is seeing rapid growth, and as an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to help scale the go-to-market engine and strategy that fuels a key growth driver for the company. At Ramp, we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of acquiring and building net new relationships with corporate and franchise partners, enabling and onboarding their businesses, and achieving consistent quota attainment and overachievement through strategic relationship development.
What You'll Do
  • Source, qualify and conduct deep discovery with net new Franchise partners
  • Sign partners and create comprehensive GTM plans
  • Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals from franchisors and franchisees
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within an organization
  • Educate partners on Ramp's offering and articulate the value props
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Work cross-functionally across marketing, growth, direct sales, and product & engineering to drive co-marketing opportunities, onboard new clients and inform our product roadmap
  • Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
  • Build new (and improve existing) workflows and sales motions to contribute to our team's continued success
What You Need
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience with a minimum 3 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Channel Partnerships
  • Strong discovery skills, with a knack for identifying pain points and consultative selling
  • History as a top performer, regularly exceeding targets and quotas
  • Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
  • Bias for action and strong desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can build relationships across the company
  • Experience with and affinity for AI tooling that empowers your work

  • Prior experience partnering with both franchisors and franchisees in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
