Manages all aspects of Partner engagement within named Partner account(s). Sells the full portfolio of Avaya solutions by generating "pull" demand through indirect sales-oriented activities to end users. Develops senior Partner relationships to build a trusted advisor status, creating value and influencing AvayaÂs position with Partners. Consistently drives channel strategy, fully participates in Partner business plans, and aligns education and incentive programs to Partners based on market segmentation. Delivers focus on company offerings by building relationships with high-touch channel teams to ensure successful sales of solutions through channel Partners. Serves as a strategic consultant, advocating AvayaÂs financial incentive programs and utilizing marketing, programs, and promotions within a channel strategy that help Partners shape their strategy to drive growth for both Partners and Avaya. Functions as a strategic advisor of Partner principles to gain buy-in from the Partner and influence Partner behavior. This manager will support SPS and CDW.
