Key Qualifications

  • Strong eCommerce track record of best practices.
  • 8-10 years of U.S. channel management or large reseller sales management with both a brick and mortar and online presence.
  • Knowledge of online operations as well as store operations.
  • Experience with enhancing online customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.


This position will be responsible for managing a large retailer in the U.S. The ideal candidate requires exceptional channel account management, sales, negotiation, analytical and communication skills. Must have a demonstrable track record of channelsales success and a history of exceeding sales quotas over time. In addition, as more and more commerce happens online, having a key understanding of the workings of a successful online business is vitally important. Key knowledge of search, conversion, traffic flows, optimization, online merchandising, demand generation, and platforms are highly desired in this role. This account executive will develop and implement strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets. This person will drive innovation into sales and marketing plans to create demand for Apple products. They must have the ability to meet with, build, and maintain tactical and high level customer relationships. Partnering across Apple organizations will be key – sales, sales operations, marketing, ICE, credit and finance. They must be able to work with supply chain to manage sales forecasts and product inventory levels. ICE and marketing are key to driving amazing customer experiences into retail, the successful candidate must be able to construct effective merchandising plans and labor strategies to drive in-store and online awareness. The successful candidate will be presenting to senior account and Apple executives, they must drive quarterly business reviews. Candidate must be able to thrive in dynamic, pressure-filled environment. Extensive travelrequired. Preference is to be based in Cupertino.
