Job Description

Arcadis is currently looking for a Change Order Manager for our Selma, CA location. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily and expeditiously.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports Sr. Contract Administrator with change orders proposals, change orders, and claims
  • Prepares independent estimates on change proposals and new directives, and recommends an equitable adjustment
  • Supports quantitative risk analysis and cost forecasting activities and prepares estimates where required
  • Provides input to position papers and finding of fact documents based on the terms and conditions of the Contract agreement.
  • Understand the Design Build delivery method being used, and coordinate responses based on the Contract terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Requires 10 years of experience in change orders for construction projects.
  • BS degree in Civil or Construction Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior railway experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Design Build contract delivery method
