Position Title: Transformation/Change Management Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months plus

Location: Oakland, CA( *** Can work remote more than 50%****)

Description:

? This is a project-based assignment to support the Job Family Alignment (JFA) Program. Provides expert business analysis in support of designated initiatives. Responsible for evaluating, developing and supporting the change management needs in support of the JFA program. 

? Partners in communication planning and communication activities resulting from a new project implementation. Must possess a deep knowledge of one or more of the following: business process improvement, change program management, or people/organizational change management. 

? Able to articulate the organizational transformation while working closely with key stakeholders. 

? Must possess excellent communications skills and manage multiple stakeholders. 

? Able to analyze the request for change and recommend a course of action and deliver in a timely manner. 

? Ability to perform additional duties as assigned. 

Bachelor?s DegreeRequired; 5+ Years work related experiencerequired 

?Required Skills & Experience: Change Management, Strategic thinking; Project Management; Strong Verbal, Written & Communication skills, and Facilitation experience Systems experience: Strong Power Point and Word required, Basic knowledge of Excel required, SharePoint is a plus but not required

? Soft Skills: Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently. HRexperience is ideal, previous experienceworking with Client is a plus.
