Position Summary

As a Change Management and Leadership Consulting Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping Huron's healthcare clients address critical challenges so they may accelerate results, achieve their vision and transform themselves culturally. In ths role, you inherit a host of responsibilities, challenges, and rewards. Change. Management and Leadership is a critical component of Huron's growth strategy, meaning that all leaders in this team will be in a unique position to help Huron fulfil their vision, empowering clients to own their future.

The Change Management and Leadership Consulting Director will be responsible for the design and development of change management and leadership strategies to support our clients transformation journeys, with a focus on defining visions, aligning organizations, motivating and ensuring teams are able toexecute their transformation strategy. The Change Management and Leadership Director will work closely with fellow Huron leaders to completely transform our clients' organizations – operationally, financially, and culturally.

This position will require extensive (> 80%) travel, however living location is flexible and work-at-home days will also be a consistent feature of the role.

Responsibilities for the Change Management and Leadership Consulting Director role include:

1. Use change management and leadership skill set in a consultative environment to:

• Analyze client change readiness

• Develop a comprehensive change management and leadership strategy to elevate client from current to aspirational future state

• Lead the development of compelling client communication, stakeholder engagement strategies

• Lead or support the development of critical process, technology or competency. training content to support clients' aspirations

• Partner with client and/or fellow Huron colleagues to develop necessary tools and tactics to enable clients to sustain change results, and position our clients to continuously improve

• Provide overall leadership and accountability to delivering high quality change management and leadership results

• Facilitate C-suite level conversations; support executive relationship ownership throughout engagement

• Assist in developing thought leadership and methodology to support differentiated change management and leadership offering

• Support sales as appropriate

2. Develop learning/training and communications strategies (and associated deliverables) based on specific client transformation aspirations, some related totechnology transformations and others largely operational

3. Oversee change management engagements – both as complementary aspects of other performance improvement work - but also in standalone fashion

4. Support client by accelerating results, ensuring change goals are met/exceeded, and position Huron clients to sustain (or continuously improve upon) the results of our work

5. Plan, design and execute a change strategy as the means of ensuring faster transformation and behavioral change based on client's goals

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)

• Significant experience in a professional services/consulting organization environment

• Previous experience supporting large scale healthcare transformations (EMR conversion, ERP implementations, workflow/process transformation, workforce modifications) preferred

• Experience leading large project teams in complex healthcare environments (Academic Medical Centers, Children's Hospitals, multi-specialty physician groups)

• Experience with design thinking, lean, agile methodologies preferred

• Proven experience developing and managing complex communication and reinforcement. strategies affecting a diverse set of stakeholders

• Proven experience facilitating training courses across a variety of critical change management and leadership topics

• Business development experience a plus

• Experience developing instructor led and technology-based training, communication. and reinforcement across a variety of delivery methods and mediums preferred

• BA, BS or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business/Management preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proven Net Promoter Score success with C-Level client counterparts

• Demonstrated ability to independently lead in change management in consultative model (flexible/adaptive history)

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and demanding workload

• Excellent presentation, speaker and organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Travel up to 80% may be required
