Change Agent Manager
Our client is a growing international organization that is continuing to expand their US presence. With this growth we now have the need for an experienced Change Agent Manager. As the Change Agent Manager you will asked to create a culture of workforce engagement. Your skills in the areas of Change Management, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean, and other progressive management approaches will provide your success in this role. Your ideas will also be sought as you assume a key member role for the strategic vision team for facilities throughout this organization. Position reports to the VP of Change Implementation.
* BS Business or similar
* 3 Years of prior Continuous Improvement, Change Agent Leadership
* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5'S, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments
