CFO/ Vice President, Finance- BioSciences, Industry Growth Leader, 78436

Our client is a uniquely successful, BioSciences enterprise with deep expertise and sector leadership in their market with a strong growth trajectory in the midst of the recent pandemic challenges. We are seeking an experienced CFO/ Vice President to help lead the growth and ongoing evolution of the enterprise.

Your mandate is to provide “best in class” financial support to the executive team while building robust and scalable infrastructure for a growing business. You will take a leadership role in organic and acquisitive growth initiatives including integration while managing banking relationships and communicating with the Board and investors on a regular basis.

The ideal individual for this role will have sound financial leadership experience, with excellent communication and team building skills. Your background will ideally include experience with the Services/BioSciences/Technology sectors and related services or other B2B/Commercial professional services experience, which could include exposure to any of the following: professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services. Experience in scaling a business through acquisition and working with a financial investor and Board will be assets.
