Our client is a Healthcare Services company located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. They have maintained a steady rate of growth throughout the past few decades and are looking to further that with the right leadership. We have been asked to help them in their search to find a Chief Financial Officer to help the company expand its presence, effectively collaborate across multiple lines of business, and drive strategic change throughout the organization. The right person will be a talented financial professional with over 12years of progressive financialexperience. This person will be a proven leader with a preferred background in Healthcare Services.

Responsibilities of the CFO

?       Leading and supporting the accounting and financial teams across the entire organization to ensure the financial and accounting processes are sound and accurate.

?       Support leadership team by providing effective solutions and timely reporting of business metrics to help increase overall productivity.

?       Providing financial input on critical strategic decision making issues affecting the organization and developing strategies to help steer the company toward its goals.

?       Managing and mentoring both direct and indirect reports.

?       Overseeing financial processes including budgeting, financialreporting, cash management, risk management, payroll, and long range forecasting.

?       Delivering and presenting comprehensive management reporting packages including consolidated financial information, industry trends, metrics and forecasts on a quarterly basis to senior leadership and investors.

?       Confidently managing the company's financial position and ensuring periodic reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth are sound.

Qualifications / Requirements of the CFO

The CFO should be an energetic, self-motivated, and driven professional with excellent experience in all areas of accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate must have experience in Healthcare Services and particularly skilled with Mergers and Acquisitions. Communication skills, strategic decision making abilities, an inherent desire to mentor staff, as well as a proactive and forward thinking approach to business are also important.

In addition to the above the CFO must have:

?       Bachelor?s degree in Accounting

?       CPA and MBA

?       BIG 4 or Large Regional accounting experience

?       12 or more years of experience in senior financial roles

?       3years of CFO-level experience

?       Significant experience working across multiple intercompany disciplines

?       Excellent cash management experience

?       Progressive career track with a record of success in growing organizations

?       Prior experience in leading an organization through acquisitions
