CFO – High Growth, Data Analytics Company

S. Webster Inc Executive Search is a retained executive search firm, which specializes in senior finance executives in the life science industry. We are conducting a retained national search for an experienced, exceptional, chief financial officer capable of providing strong financial leadership to a data analytics company specializing in the life science and healthcare industries. The company is profitable with strong, rapidly growing revenues, a diverse national client base, cutting edge technology, extensive proprietary databases, wide-ranging list of strategic agreements and an upcoming major liquidity event.

A world-class team of senior executives has positioned this company for explosive growth. The company expects to execute a successful liquidity event within 36 months.

Required Experience:

The CFO will be a highly valued member of the executive team. We are searching for an experienced CFO of impeccable integrity and reputation, who has the ability to work effectively with others, a drive to succeed and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be comfortable with the demands of an innovative, high-energy, high-growth company.

To be considered, candidates should have minimum of 14 years of progressive, successful, senior finance experience, including a minimum of 4-years successful industry experience as the senior finance executive, reporting directly to the CEO, of an autonomous division or standalone company.

Mastery of the financial data and control of the cash flow

Meet deadlines and provide accurate numbers and reporting

Timely and accurate forecasting and projections

GAAP and regulatory compliance

Develop financial strategies that anticipate and meet market dynamics

Effective negotiator

Strategic and licensing agreements

Recognize and focus on the factors that control cost and increase cash flow

Must be able to make effective presentations to investors, banks and the capital markets

M&A

Effective risk management and asset allocation

Continue building, manage and allocate a world class finance team

Partner with senior sales and operations executives

Successfully execute strategic initiatives

Develop and deploy metrics and KPIs to execute continued improvements

Work with the CEO to drive return on investment

Strong written and verbal communicator, able to effectively present to executive team and investors

Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills

Maintain the financial platform for a liquidity event

Raising debt and equity capital

Successfully execute investor exits

IPO experience a plus

Minimum 4-year degree; CPA and MBA or postgraduate degree a plus

Compensation:
