General CEO Responsibilities

  1. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
  2. Oversee company operations to insure manufacturing, supply chain and distribution efficiency and quality and cost effective management of resources.  
  3. Oversee management of operating and financial performance.
  4. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
  5. Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  6. Employ senior management team and delegate authority as required to this team and its members.
  7. Create a strong ethical business culture within the senior management team and the overall organization.
  8. Establish and support company planning and policy-making committees.
  9. Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
  10. The ability to promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences and in the media.
  11. Promote the company to local, regional, national, and international partners and other constituencies.
  12. Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.
  13. Report regularly to Board of Directors 
  14. Work within approvals and guidelines agreed with the board
  15. Other duties as assigned.


Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Specific experience with:
    1. Leading and growing a businesses; preferably from sub $15 m of revenue to $100m. 
    2. Must have experience leading a Contract / Custom or Job Shop production environment
    3. Reporting to a board of directors 
    4. M&A experience

        Strong in P&L, financial reporting and analysis

        Customer Service and employee relationship oriented


        Strategic thinker, strategic planning and execution.

        Contracting, negotiating and change management.

        Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

        Formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

        Developing financial plans and manage resources.

        Analyzing and interpreting financial data.

        Public relations principles and practices.

        Developing and delivering presentations.

        Identifying and securing funding/revenue sources.

        Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and communicate with people at all levels of the company

        Willingness to work a flexible schedule
