The Honey Do Service, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, result-driven individual, to help grow our franchise. The owner/operator is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of their business. The successful owner/operator should be able to effectively communicate with all staff, and clients, maintain an industry level of skill and proficiency, and build positive customer relationships.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GENERAL MANAGER / OWNER / OPERATOR / FRANCHISEE
Our Franchisees are responsible for the organization and efficiency of all business aspects including production, operations, sales, marketing, and accounting. Being financially savvy and adhering to corporate standards, you accurately calculate company expenses, the correct percentages of revenue projections, labor and maintenance costs, as well as profit and loss reports.
Quality control is at the forefront of your general manager duties as you monitor job sites, customer service, and cleanliness. As an owner and general manager, you oversee all staff ensuring that everything is running smoothly. Ensuring team building and cohesiveness is abundant among your home improvement team, you tap into your fantastic leadership skills. You drive team performance and inspire both personal and professional growth in each and every one of your employees. As Franchisee, success starts with you!
Our ideal owners enjoy interacting with people, understand the sales process, have some remodeling knowledge, and a desire to lead a quality team of professional craftsmen. Our owners do not perform the home improvement themselves; they lead and support their craftsmen to do so. Each Honey Do Service location is individually-owned and supported by our dedicated team of specialized business and marketing coaches. We offer services from basic handyman items all the way up to full kitchen/bath/basement remodeling. Some of our standard services include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, gutters, siding, concrete, windows, roofing, drywall, paint, tile and more. Our system allows owners to quickly capture a premium position as the most professional and qualified handyman, construction, and remodeling firm in their community.
