Our Center Director is responsible for managing the overall operations of the school.




  • Providing a safe, healthy, consistent, positive, caring environment to children in your care
  • Supervise staff, implement curriculum, and develop parental rapport
  • Ensure profitability, ensure maximum enrollment, and maintain financialreports
  • Be available to work in any classroom at any time based on the needs of the center
  • Staffing for hourly teachers/cook/drivers
  • Curriculum development/work with teachers on lesson plans
  • Be a positive influence in the lives of children and their parents
  • General Administration of Child Care center -maintain files, ensure compliance with licensing
  • Financial management of the center and budget management
  • Spearhead the Marketing & Enrollment efforts for your school
  • Ensure a positive Center Appearance


  • Must meet state education and licensing requirements
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a relevant field
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience as a Director in a child care setting
  • CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain
