Job Duties and Responsibilities

Currently,
ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented CDM
Systems Integration Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The primary
location is Reston but candidate will need to travel to DC frequently
for customer meetings. Could involve up to 10% domestic travel.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting cybersecurity systems integration efforts on large task orders supporting multiple government agencies

• Implementing COTS cybersecurity solutions within complex government agency operational and security environments

• Leading innovation and change in cybersecurity management across multiple government agencies

• Managing
both ManTech and subcontractor resources spanning a wide range of
disciplines from systems engineering and IT operations to testing and
quality assurance

• Acting
as the primary point of contact for all deployment and
integration-related activities across multiple cybersecurity projects

• Responsibility for all service delivery of complex technology integration effort across multiple agencies simultaneously

• Leading multi-organizational and matrixed technical resources and teams

• Responsible for all deliverables associated with the task order

• Management of team leads and solution architects


Position Requirements:
• Current PMI PMP or PgMP certification desired

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, and ITIL Foundations Certifications desired

• At
least 10 years of experience managing complex, heterogeneous enterprise
security integration projects for or supporting U.S.Government
agencies

• 15 years overall experience

• BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Candidate must be fluent in the English language

• Ability to obtain a TS SCI Clearance desired


Preferred skills:
• At least 5 years of experience managing COTS systems integration projects

• Background
in network infrastructure, network security, endpoint security,
cybersecurity, incident management, security operations, forensics,
identity management, or insider threat solutions

• Managerial
experience providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing
and managing staff to ensure goals and objectives are achieved

• Experience with the management and supervision of employees in a variety of labor categories and skills

• Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving and customer service

• Knowledge of system architectures, networks, and operations

• Experience with programs in DHS or other very large agencies is a significant plus

• It is highly desirable that candidates possess strong interpersonal skills

• Candidates may be asked to provide a writing sample


Security Requirements:

Applicants
selected will be subject to a government security investigation and
must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information.  Must pass background investigation and be clearable to DHS
