Job Summary:

Reporting to the Commercial Cash Services Supervisor. Provide work direction to Research and Support and Transportation Services associates/specialist. Ensure work is being completed in an accurate and timely manner. Provide assistance and training as necessary. Major Responsibilities: Assign and monitor daily functions to ensure work flow is efficient and accurate. Provide technical assistance, problem solving and training to employees as necessary. Motivate all staff members to achieve the highest quality of work possible. Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed. Prepare monthly administrative and statistical reports. Provide input to employee performance evaluations. Function as subject matter expert on Cash Vault product capabilities. Set up new and existing cash vault clients/onboarding. Assist management with performing administrative tasks such as tracking production goals and standards. Cash Vault Work Director ensures the timely completion, documentation and submission to appropriate management of all required reports and information documents including, KPI’s, IP Online and Stats.

Additional Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service and financial service experience
  • Experience managing and leading a team of 5-10 associates
  • Requires exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in working with internal and external business partners
  • Must be able to work in a face paced environment, working on multiple deliverables at once
