VISION: This bank has grown assets organically close to 40% in the last 5years. Bank has retailbanking, commercial banking, and wealth management lines of business. This is a progressive, modern bank focused on digital capabilities and investment. This is a high-touch, direct access model that focuses on B2B customers with annual sales up to $50 million. Bank is looking to expand into the middle-market space and supports CRE and C&I financing. 


OPPORTUNITY: New role due to growth! Lead the expansion and retention of new and existing commercial deposit relationships throughout the Connecticut marketplace. Responsible for identifying, proposing and delivering appropriate cash management products and solutions to commercial customers and prospects. Drive Bank performance as it pertains to non-interest income, core deposit growth, and customer satisfaction. 


REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years in commercial cash management, small business/commercial banking. Experience with Commercial client usage of interest bearing and non-interest bearing deposit products, Sweep Account, ZBAs, Lock box, wires, ACH, Positive Pay, and other types of liquidity management services used by business and commercial clients.
