Do you want to make an impact on a team and be a health care innovator? As a Care Continuous Improvement Advisor - Senior you will lead some of the most impactful projects and initiatives aligned to Customer Care strategies. This role will enable Customer Care's ability to implement and navigate change, with primary focus on driving improved operational efficiencies. The Senior Advisor contributes critical input to projects to ensure appropriate fit between designed solutions and Customer Care processes while ensuring key performance indicators and success measurements are identified and supported by project requirements.
You will also provide direction for certain tactical responsibilities of Continuous Improvement including:
� Generate and drive impactful insights by conducting analysis to further Care continuous improvement goals
� Drive pilots that prove or disprove whether efforts will yield the appropriate value to make investment
� Responsible for sizing new opportunities and refining existing cost savings opportunities
� Responsible for creating and monitoring measurement activities and pilots to verify expected value is being delivered
� Partner with leaders across the organization to define and scope, as well as develop process to intake reporting requests
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

� Solid project leadership/project management skills
� Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
� Knowledgeable of change management approaches and methods to improve adoption and change readiness.
� Collection, analysis and synthesis of data to produce meaningful insights
� Ability to navigate complex organizations and to interact with senior leaders
� 10 + years in PBM Operations experience or 5+ years PBM Operations experience plus 5 years Healthcare Project Team or consulting experience and client-facing experience.
� 8+ years of project management experience with an aptitude for metrics-based data analysis and superior process work flow skills.
� Proven ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines to details
� Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, version 2007 or higher, including Access, Word, Excel and Power Point
� Master's degree in a related field of study
� Proven ability to clearly define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them
� Demonstrated success utilizing written and verbal communication skills
