The Project Manager will take responsibility for managing medium to large customer projects from project definition thru administrative closure and transition to operational Support. The Project Manager will monitor the progress of the project activities, provide a primary continuous point of contact to the customer, and manage internal and external project teams in the successful execution of project activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning for Medium to Large Sites/Site with High Complexity
  • Scope and Change Management
  • Schedule Management
  • Budget Management
  • Communication Management
  • Risk Management
  • Procurement Management
  • Implementation Team Coordination
  • Technical Engineer Team Coordination
  • Customer Issue Tracking and Resolution
  • Charter / Statement of Work Creation
  • Status Reports
  • Time Tracking
  • Cross Departmental Coordination
  • Mentoring of Other Project Managers


Job Challenges:

  • Working under tight timelines and conflicting schedules
  • Managing multiple projects at one time
  • Managing challenging customers
  • Short-notice travel (up to 20%)

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Healthcare IT; Imaging preferred
  • Experience managing Projects of medium to large scope
  • Experience managing project Teams
  • Experience with IT System Integration

Desired Skills:

  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of Radiology and Cardiology/ Imaging background
