Johns Manville is currently seeking candidates for the position of Financial Analyst- Capital Projects to be located in Littleton, Colorado where our Corporate Engineering team is based out of but will also go to our World Headquarters office located in downtown Denver to meet with our Corporate Accounting functions on a regular basis.
The Financial Analyst for Capital Finance is the lead finance member for capital projects forecasting, consolidation, reporting, including all analytics, and leads the Global Investment Council (GIC) for Johns Manville. GIC activities include: portfolio management, capital allocation and project prioritization, and project cost controls. This individual is responsible for end-to-end capital projects finance facilitation, oversight, compliance monitoring, process development, and training and standardization of the Capital Project Process (CPP). Tools utilized will include SAP Project Systems (PS), Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC), Investment Expenditure (InvEx), Excel, and several other tools, in support of Johns Manville manufacturing facilities worldwide.
The Capital Projects Financial & Process Specialist shall work within a cross-functional, global finance and engineering team to achieve corporate, divisional, and departmental objectives in a collaborative environment across a broad range of industrial manufacturing facilities. The Capital Projects Financial & Process Specialist has cross-discipline finance and accounting capabilities and a solid understanding of engineering economics and analysis. This position reports to the VP of Engineering & Capital Projects with a dotted line into Capital Assets Manager, Corporate Accounting.
Applicants can expect to make between $67,000 to $109,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan.
This position is based out of Littleton, CO but we do have a flexible work arrangement which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some work days performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Currently, this position requires work at the Littleton, CO and is not fully remote.
