Our client company is seeking experienced manager to develop and be accountable for the Capital Deployment Process and Contract Administration strategies and priorities for their chemical plant site.

You must be willing to:

Perform Capital management (execution/tracking/reporting capital spending)
Ensure effective execution of major/minor projects
Lead/support development of capital engineering/construction management competencies/skills throughout the workforce
Provide an environment to foster improved teamwork within/between teams/crew

Requirements (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE, DON'T APPLY)

BS CE or ME + (PMP) certification
5+ years' experience managing capital projects/engineering management (Budget/ Capital Expenses/Contract Administration) in chemical plants
Working experience with stage gated capital deployment systems focused on Front End Loading (FEL) prior to project authorization
Knowledge of chemical technologies & equipment (scale-up procedures/troubleshooting/TARs/equipment design/construction management)
LEAN manufacturing experience preferred
