Home-based position

SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager is the primary interface between the company and the customer, and is responsible for the company’s awareness of the capital investment programs of its customers/prospects, which match corporate market strategy. 

DUTIES

Prospecting new customers and opportunities within our existing customers

Recommend sales strategy to the Director of Sales

Understand and promote the company’s solution

Report if the company’s solution matches customer needs

Manage company’s relationship with the customer

Provide data about the customer/markets, competition, regarding the company’s products compared to competition, and the company’s performance

Understand and identify customer’s plant operating issues

Responsible to register and report current information in the company’s CRM

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelordegree in Sales, Marketing or Engineeringpreferred

Have strong prospecting skills

Bring a strong existing regional customer base

Direct business to business salesexperience

Experience selling custom-made large capital equipment

Be self-disciplined and able to self manage

Have the ability to work in a team environment and assist in developing new marketing strategies

Willing to travel for periods of time
