Job Summary/Purpose: The Capital Assets Manager in MUHA's Fiscal Services reports to the Director of MUHA's Fiscal and Payroll Services. Under general supervision, the Capital Assets Manager is responsible for the complex accounting and financial reporting duties specific to MUHA's capital assets, including major projects, renovations, fixed assets, leases, joint ventures, partnerships and collaborations; related interim and fiscal year-end financial reporting; related fiscal year-end audit; accounting research; the integrity and control of MUHA's capital assets system; and team management.
