The Management Consulting Senior Manager designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.

Job Description

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 of years of Industry Expertise Required in any two of the following - Media, Communications Technology, Consumer Technology, Enterprise Technology, Medical Equipment, and Semiconductor
  • Minimum of 5 years of Management Consulting and functional/operational experience
  • Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has strong experience in a Global Distributed Consulting model working in a multi-cultural and multi – regional environment with leadership role in growing Distributed consulting leverage
  • Experience working on large-scale Digital Transformation projects in functional or techno-functional roles is desirable
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills - Can confidently communicate and articulate through various media – In person, telecalls, video calls
  • Has very strong Presentation skills - Can create & deliver presentations with a compelling storyline to both Accenture internal and Client stakeholders
