Columbus, Ohio area Major Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer is seeking a CAN Network Development Engineer. Responsibilities include development of in-vehicle CAN communication networks. Tasks will include developing software requirements related to CAN network traffic, arbitration and message routing, as well as troubleshooting and fixing related problems, writing and presenting reports, working with component suppliers and other departments to resolve technical issues. Must have a Bachelor?s degree in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering and a minimum of one year of experience in an Automotive environment. Must have good knowledge of electrical hardware & software development and development of CAN networks including experience with Vector CANalyzer, including CAPL coding. Experience in the use of electronic measuring equipment and electricaltroubleshootingexperiencedesired. Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software) and excellent communication/interpersonal skills required. Ability to travel and work overtime may be required. Will Relocate. NO H1B Sponsorship or OPT. Salary up to $75,000
