  • Manage a portfolio of Member Campuses, operating as the lead for all matters pertaining to the campuses
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing, positive relationships with key stakeholders on campus
  • Ensure conditions exist for renewal of product licenses
  • Coordinate product implementation and training services to ensure success in meeting campus goals and objectives
  • Identify and design strategies that further the adoption of Campus Labs tools and services and leverage internal resources to execute on them
  • Proactively identify barriers to campus success: communicate internally, and work collaboratively to execute strategies to mitigate them
  • Document and manage campus information including but not limited to implementation progress, campus goals, sales leads, renewal conversations, and contract details
  • Consult with campuses on best practices, leveraging higher education expertise
  • Design and deliver presentations, and facilitate discussions both on-campus and in webinar format
  • Capture and document success via references, testimonials, and campus stories
  • Travel up to 50% to visit campuses and attend conferences
  • Contribute to and/or lead other department and company projects, as assigned



  • Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Higher Education or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline required



  • A minimum of three years’ experience in the higher education sector required, including experience as a graduate assistant and/or positions with associations, non-profits, and educational technology companies.
  • Eight years or more experience in positions of progressive responsibility preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of higher education practices, policies, and research, especially as it relates to the topics above

  • Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation formats.
  • Can solve problems using own critical and creative thinking skills, with an emphasis on innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, specifically in being able to build relationships
  • Ability to teach and coach
  • Effective time and priority management skills
  • Customer service and/or account management experience is a plus
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
