Manhattan Associates is growing rapidly in the Cloud implementation market as well as our traditional on-premise Enterprise Software and looking for a Campus Recruiting Program Manager to lead our extensive University Relations Program. This role is based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate Headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will lead the strategy, planning and execution of Manhattan’s University Relations Program which is a critical component to the success of the Talent Acquisition Department. We expect the selected candidate to be passionate about their craft, committed to results and be able to motivate and guide the campus program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting graduating students for our organization as well as current students into our internship program. In partnership with our business lines, you will select and manage the relationships with targeted colleges/universities that will enhance our visibility with students and campus personnel. You will also build strong partnerships with Manhattan Associates’ business leaders and HR professionals. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, meet tight timelines, and utilize metrics to drive decision making. You must also build strong relationships, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents.
