Manhattan Associates is growing rapidly in the Cloud implementation market as well as our traditional on-premise Enterprise Software and looking for a Campus Recruiting Program Manager to lead our extensive University Relations Program. This role is based in our Atlanta, GA Corporate Headquarters. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will lead the strategy, planning and execution of Manhattan’s University Relations Program which is a critical component to the success of the Talent Acquisition Department. We expect the selected candidate to be passionate about their craft, committed to results and be able to motivate and guide the campus program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting graduating students for our organization as well as current students into our internship program. In partnership with our business lines, you will select and manage the relationships with targeted colleges/universities that will enhance our visibility with students and campus personnel. You will also build strong partnerships with Manhattan Associates’ business leaders and HR professionals. You must also build strong relationships, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the campus relations/recruitment efforts for Manhattan Associates
  • Design and implement the University Relations Strategy for our Professional Services, Customer Support, R&D, and ETS groups
  • Track and communicate metrics to ensure the recruiting activities align to the company’s strategic objectives
  • Partner with Manhattan Associates’ business leaders to create a unified, consistent undergraduate campus relations/recruitment approach
  • Participate in steering committee meetings with internal employees that unify our campus relations/recruiting efforts
  • Train identified business managers and recruiters for campus relations/recruiting events
  • Participate in formal campus relations/recruiting events, as available, and ensure there are adequate team members assigned
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campus personnel for targeted undergraduate schools/organizations
  • Identify and recommend partnership opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Director
  • Manage the Campus Relations budget for the assigned region

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR-related field
  • 5+ years of leading a Campus Recruiting Program
  • Significant people and project management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to proactively identify and implement effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously exceed goals
  • Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality and/or dealing with sensitive information.
