Responsibilities :

  • Campus Recruiting (entry level and internship) Strategy and Program Design
  • Talent Acquisition Communication Program Development
  • Assessment Tool Design
  • Candidate Diversity Outreach Program Development
  • Talent Acquisition Consulting
  • Talent Acquisition Policy & Procedures Development
  • Oversees all Talent Acquisition Metrics & Analytics
  • Talent Acquisition Best Practice Trends & Research
  • Supervise Campus Recruiters

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or business related field
  • 8+ years of experience in progressive talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years leading strategic recruiting programs in a regional or national capacity
  • Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal compliance, sourcing solutions, interviewing and selection techniques
  • Ability to synthesize the needs of all offices and determine where consistency is required and where flexibility is appropriate
  • Demonstrated ability to use a collaborative and consultative approach
  • Strong knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
  • Ability to travel to multiple office locations
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree
  • HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation
  • HRexperience in professional services industry
  • UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experience
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition role
