CyberArk is looking for an experienced, prolific, and talented content creator to author and produce various materials for corporate campaign initiatives.  This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills.  You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and providing nurturing material for those leads through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience to our digital properties (drive awareness, subscribers and leads)
  • Blog regularly to attract site visitors through search, social media and email newsletters
  • Reviews (and edits) content for all digital properties re: quality, brand, consistency and tone of voice
  • Create multi-modal campaign-related resources across the customer journey (e.g., ebooks, nurture emails, web copy, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc...)
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through compelling calls-to-action, landing pages, email content and social engagement
  • Grow the addressable subscriber base by producing regular, helpful content aligned with the needs and interests of CyberArk’s target personas
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through appropriate email cadence, content, social channels
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers and industry experts to create the most compelling content collection (including thought leadership and demand generation components)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required (graduate degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of related experience required (security industry strongly preferred)
  • Experience using analytics to inform content marketing decisions
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, dynamic workflows, CMS (experience with Marketo, Salesforce and WordPress a plus)
  • Solid project management experience ensuring that all commitments are met and stakeholders are informed for multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication, professional writing and content curation skills; ability to write short- and long-form content—and to also synthesize the information into infographics, video scripts, interactive digital experiences, etc…
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
