We are seeking a take-charge Manager to drive the success of our inbound telesales team who sell deluxe journeys to the mature traveler. The manager must be extremely hands on; conducting coaching, call monitoring, and making customer calls to close sales. The Manager coordinates day-to-day planning and sales activities, ensures that the team achieves expected revenue, conversion and quality goals, reports weekly results to senior management, and develops action plan
