Our client is a well-respected provider of services to the consumer market and has multiple call centers; one being in Las Vegas where this position will be based. Candidates must come from a consumer products or services call center that does their best to provide satisfaction to their customers.
Every company, no matter how diligent they are in providing high quality customer service and tech support, will always have some consumers whose issues cannot be resolved by a Phone Rep. We are seeking an experienced Call Center Leader who has managed the escalated call function. If the Rep or Supervisor cannot resolve an issue, or a call comes in to the Office of the President, this is the person who manages the process from start to finish. If a customer has gotten the Better Business Bureau involved or complained to other entities about their dissatisfaction with the company's service, this position manages the function of fixing the problem for the consumer or reaching a solution that both the consumer and the company can live with. A person who has been in a role like this will also have experience in hiring, training and managing Case Managers and coordinating with the corporate Legal Staff when some issues can only be resolved in this manner.
