Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional - II

Provide support to ISD customers by validating alerts from an enterprise management alert console for systems (LINUX & Windows) and Cisco platforms. Create Trouble Tickets using Enterprise Ticket Management System for validated server and network issues and escalate to appropriate resolution queues. Position will also work in conjunction with ISD Tier 1.5 on answering phones, bridge Management and other administrative functions.
1- 2years hands on work experience with enterprise management alerts consoles (SCOM preferred). Excellent communication and customer interface skills are required. Thorough knowledge of operations is typically acquired through work experience within the organization. Must be extremely detail oriented; possess extremely good organizational skills, self-sufficient and able to meet very tight deadlines
