Job Title: Call Center Business Analyst
Location: Miami, FL or Atlanta, GA
The Business Systems Analyst III primary role is to support systems and staff by recommending and implementing system enhancements that promote efficiency, compliance and growth.
Need to have strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation skills as well as be able to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities.
The BA will need to estimate, plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, and execute activities.
Candidate must be detailed and analytical. Understand broad call center requirements and how they integrate together. Have an understanding and analysis of call center overall.
