About California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC)
The California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC) is a non-partisan, non-profit statewide organization founded in response to the 1996 passage of federal immigrant and welfare laws that profoundly affected immigrants. Today CIPC is the premiere, constituent-based immigrant rights organization leading the work of developing pro-immigrant public policy to improve the quality of life for all Californians. CIPC also provides technical assistance, training and education on immigrant issues.
The Development Manager is responsible for developing and leading the long-term and annual strategic plan for a diversified funding stream for CIPC, including individual giving, private and family foundations, government grants, capital campaigns, sponsorships, and large-scale events.
