Perform calibrations, maintenance, installation, and repairs on new and existing lab equipment, instrumentation and process control systems including balances, microscopes, radiation monitoring, incubators, autoclaves, bioreactors, ultra-low temp freezers, refrigerators, and liquid nitrogen freezers.
*** Assist modification, installation, and startup of new and existing lab equipment, instrumentation, and process control systems.
*** Perform calibrations, maintenance, installation, and repair on new and existing lab equipment, instrumentation and process control systems.
*** Calibrate of process control instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analytical devices using NIST standards.
*** Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control systems including control logic and instrumentation on various process control components, to include electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, microprocessors, PLCs, and Distributed Control and Building Automation Systems.
*** Process loop instrumentation for utility systems, temperature probes, pH probes, critical environments, clean steam generation, purified water systems, and house vacuum systems.
*** Maintain up-to-date working spare parts inventory for equipment and systems.
*** Ensure calibration paperwork, instrument files, and work order documentation is completed with accurate information in accordance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
