Ensure instruments, gauges, and testing devices are calibrated correctly to give accurate readings and routinely liaise with colleagues to schedule testing and repair.




*** Calibrate, test, set up, and repair controls, instruments, and gauges measuring all types of variables.


*** Test, calibrate, and monitor equipment routinely to meet inspectiondeadlines.


*** Execute installation and adjustment work, calibration, and service of various delicate measuring devices for test equipment control.


*** Ensure test equipment recording, tracking, and result documentation.


*** Troubleshoot or disassemble instruments and examine various components for problems when results fall outside expected ranges.


*** Deal directly with suppliers for replacement parts or equipment.
