Description:

I.Job Summary:

His scope of work will include NV Virtual Validation on components and systems for NVH performance including Model Build, Normal Modes, Forced Frequency Response, Radiated noise and etc.

II.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

      Include the following functions. However other duties may be assigned.

?   Drive the NVH development within different projects.

?   Lead the work from status setting and root cause identification to solution proposal and finally a decided design modification that will solve the issue.

?   Take active part and initiative in finding solutions

?   Research and development of new products in the customer domain.

?   Continuously follow up and collect NVH status for each design area

?   Continuously summarize status and report within the team and to the project.

?   Support design areas with guidance of design proposals, development of specifications, concept selections.

?   Report NVH status at Project meetings and Design reviews.

?   Planning, coordinating and executing CAE correlation testing

?   Conducting CAE model correlation to experimental data

?   Calculating transfer path analysis and deciding CAE input load

?   Perform other duties as assigned.

IV.Technical Skills:

?   Detailed knowledge in automotive design

?   Experience from NVH development, execution and analyze of NVH results within the automotive industry.

?   Experience from NVH CAE and/or NVH testing within the automotive industry.

?   Knowledge of requirement setting for NVH.

?   Experience in Nastran and Hyper mesh.

?   Ability to interpret, understand and act on test data.

?   Good understanding of customer needs.

V.Qualification, Education and / or Experience:

?   Master of Science (M.Sc) or similar experience from assignments within the working life.

?   9-11Years?Experience in NVH simulation or testing.

?   Fluent English communication orally & written.

VI.Certificates, Licenses & Registration:

?   NVH simulation or testing related certificates if any.
