Title   : CAE Jr. Engineer

Location : Saline,Michigan

Full Time Role

We need 3 people onboard by 1st April 2018.

Description:

I.Job Summary:

His scope of work will include NV Virtual Validation on components and systems for NVH performance including Model Build, Normal Modes and etc.

II.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

      Include the following functions. However other duties may be assigned.

?   Carry out FE Modeling and assembly for NV analysis.

?   Meshing and quality check as per Toyota standard.

?   Carry out Normal modes analysis and check for connectivity issue and natural frequencies.

?   Execute the plan for project deliverables as per the procedure and schedule.

?   Prepare the report with problem definition, FE Model description and analysis results, and conclusion/recommendation

?   Communicate to the team lead on daily basis on the project status and the deliverables.

?   Perform other duties as assigned.

III.Core Personal Skills:

?   Easy to cooperate with team members of different cultural background.

?   Ability to follow up and make sure that agreed plans are executed.

?   Ability to analyze and present results.

?   Flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams.

?   Have a strong drive and engagement.

?   Have a genuine interest in automotive and can combine practical and theoretical knowledge.

?   Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.

IV. Technical Skills:

?   Knowledge in automotive design

?   Knowledge of requirement setting for NVH.

?   Experience in Finite Element Meshing and Analysis

?   Experience in Nastran and Hyper mesh.

?   Ability to interpret, understand the requirement.

?   Good understanding of customer needs.

V.Qualification, Education and / or Experience:

?   Bachelor of Science (M.Sc) or similar experience from assignments within the working life.

?   5-6years?Experience in Finite Element Meshing and NV Analysis.

?   Fluent English communication orally & written.

VI.Certificates, Licenses & Registration:

?   NVH simulation or testing related certificates if any.
